Serf: Just starting out, does not own any garb, weapons or gear
To
move up, you must understand the Dagorhir rules, and you will be tested on them
Villager:
Must start training in chainmail weaving.
To move up you must
1. Build 3 weapons for loaner pile of which only
one can be a sword
2. Beat 2 opponents in 2 on 1 honor circle, 2 out of 3 times
3. Must build standard issue sword
Solider: Must own garb,
weapons and shield, must be in process of building torso armor
To move up:
1. Must beat 3 opponents in 3
on 1 combat
2. Hold your own in combat
3. Must demonstrate proper attacks and defenses
4. Must have been to at least one event, outside of chapter
Lieutenant:
Must have torso armor
To move up
1. Must be able to beat 5 on 1 with blue and board
2 Must take a vow
of loyalty *the templars vow of poverty*
3. Must be able to lead the group in battle IE: able to command the line on where
to go and when to attack and how to issue the order to do so
Corporal: Must be able to beat,
current champion, and 3 other lieutenants on 4 on 1 combat, no armor
To move up
1. Must beat in 2on1 honor battle
using the following.
single blue
red,
of any kind
quarterstaff
bow
and arrow *you will be allowed a small blue
2. Must train 4 members in the way of line fighting and defense
3.Must have attended at
least one Ragnarok and 2 other events
Sargent: Must have full armor, from your head down
to your ankles
To move to the next and last standard rank.
1. Must be able to beat 10 opponents in a battle
pit, using what ever is thrown in.
2. Must have chosen preferred style of fighting, and demonstrate it for the group, in
battle pit
3. Beat weapons master in honor battle using all the weapon types IE: daggers, spears, sword and board,
glaive, archer
4. The group must vote upon you moving to the next rank.
Captain. You
have reached the top in standard ranks.
